We run music classes for babies and toddlers and baby massages, which helps the nannies to create a network and to mummies to stay socialized. We are proud to be one of the few agencies providing a free of charge first aid courses for our placed nannies, in case they have not attended before, or they need refreshing. We also provide CRB checks (which need to be paid for). How Do We Work?We always try to accommodate all your needs by carefully listening to your enquiries and we can also advise you if you are not sure what are you actually looking for. It is important for us to find out the most about your expectations, and a bit about your family as well, so we can find the right match. The more information you give us, the easier is going to be the finding the nanny for you. Generally, we provide nannies, whom we carefully pick specifically for your needs. In case that you do not need exactly a nanny, but just a pair of extra hands to help you, we will look for a mother's help for you, which might be a junior nanny ( newly qualified with no professional experience or previous au-pair with not enough experience to be a nanny yet. We interview all our candidates in person, take a copies of their references (we prefer a letters, although a contact numbers are also to be considered) which we check, qualifications, CRB check and first aid certificate (we can provide both if nanny does not have any) and also a passport and driving licence. Then we work out our unique CV commentary, which you will receive together with all the nanny's details and you can then decide, if you would like to meet her for an interview, which we can again assist you with. If you do like the nanny, we will suggest that you meet her again together with your partner and children, she can spend few hours with you, so you can see how she interacts with your family and if she might be the right match. When your nanny starts work we will establish regular contact with you to ensure things are running smoothly and be available to answer any question you may have.
