Smart Chicks Recruitment are a little bit different. We work alongside our sister company Dicky Birds Nurseries to search for talented carers wishing to find employment within the caring profession. We search for the best match when making a placement - not the quick fix/high turnover philosophy frequently adopted within the industry. Children require continuity of care and therefore we feel it's our responsibility to make responsible placements that will enhance the longeivity of future employment. You will be interviewed by managers who work directly with staff on a day to day basis so will understand your needs and concerns and will prepare you for the challenging task of finding a job to meet your criteria.
