Rose Petals Childcare is a childcare and household staffing agency and childcare business. We help families find good quality staff as well as providing a range of childcare services. We recruit nannies, night nannies, emergency nannies, governesses, educators and nanny/housekeepers to a range of families. Based in Hither Green, we primarily cover south east London, Bromley, Kent and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our clients and candidates.
Rose Petals Childcare was founded by Bianca Bailey BA (Hons) Ling, EYPS, PTLLS, who is a level 6 qualified Early Years Educator and English Language Tutor. With over five years experience working with children and families in the UK and abroad, Bianca has managed a range of daycare settings and worked as a nanny herself. Having worked in both private households and childcare settings, Bianca is well-versed in all aspects of the childcare industry and know what to look for in candidates.
A qualified English and Childcare Tutor, Bianca also trains and supports the candidates on all aspects of working in childcare; as well as heading up our childcare support service.
