Established in January 2003, Recruit2Childcare is a successful, specialised consultancy recruiting within the childcare industry. We recruit from nursery assistants to regional directors and diverse roles like chefs, administrators etc. Currently, we have five consultants with over 20 year's recruitment experience. All of us have worked for various brands & fascia’s in a management capacity. We specialise in search and selection assignments UK wide including Southern Ireland. Our candidates are sourced from a variety of methods, although most candidates are found using a combination of networking and direct headhunting using our extensive contacts built up over the years. All of our assignments are tailored to the individual needs of our client. We will never be the largest consultancy but we take pride in ensuring every candidate and every client receive the service they deserve, making us their most valued agency. With each year we grow at a manageable rate indicating we must be doing things right so far.We never rest on our laurels and are always looking at ways to improve the service we provide.
