Pumpkins Nanny Agency was established by Jane Shabani and Claire O'Connell.
With over 30 years combined nanny and nursery experience, plus 2 children between us, we understand the importance of finding the right person for your children and the right home to work in.
Having been nannies ourselves we understand the pressures and responsibility involved with caring for other peoples children, which is why at Pumpkins we personally meet all of our nannies so that we are confident that those we register meet the requirements needed.
At Pumpkins we liaise closely with you throughout the entire recruitment process. We are always available to answer any queries or to discuss concerns or issues you may have, even after employment commences.
Now that we have experienced both nannying and parenting, we understand both sides of the childcare equation and aim to provide a service reflecting just that.
