At Peek-a-boo we meet our nannies in person at our London office and in the rare circumstances that we aren't able to, due to the nanny's location then we do a thorough Skype nanny interview.
Peek-a-boo nannies have at least 2 years experience (or 1 year plus an official qualification) and we check references, run the necessary police checks/CRB checks etc in the London offices. We even run in house London courses such as first aid, Super nanny courses, MNT and Baby Training, Au-pair courses, as well as other staff training such as: Butler training and Silver service training.
