Kent Top Temps was established in late 2002 as a pilot scheme to coordinate the temporary assignments for administration staff within Kent County Council.
Company History
The agency was sited within Commercial Services, the trading arm of Kent County Council and over the first two years the agency built a reputation within the industry as a reliable, resourceful and dedicated recruitment partner.
The agency diversified in 2004 to provide KCC's registered Care Homes and Day Care Centres with temporary support staff.
In April 2005 the Council took the opportunity to provide services to the private sector and transferred its staff under TUPE to Kent Top Temps Ltd.
Kent Top Temps is now a leading professional recruitment agency recruiting into permanent, temporary and contract jobs throughout the county with all its profits regenerated for the people of Kent.
Today, we are a trusted name within the business & office administration, care, drivers & industrial, supply teachers & nursery centres, community interpreting, catering and professional job markets.
