We have a wide selection of experienced nannies and we only register candidates with a minimum of two years working experience as a nanny or nursery nurse who may hold a qualification. We interview all our nannies and check their references and certificates thoroughly.
On the rare occasion when it is not possible for the agency to interview the candidate, the client would be advised. When interviewing a candidate we discuss at length, their ideal position, their strengths and requirments, the sort of household that would suit them, so that we can make a good match. If we are successful in finding you a nanny, we can arrange for them to have contacts of other nannies in your area to help them to settle happily. |
