All on permanent, part-time, temporary, nanny-share, nanny+one, & emergency basis, in Sussex, Surrey & London. It is run personally by Mrs Frankie Gray in Ardingly, West Sussex. Frankie is Norland trained, with over 10 years experience of caring for children as a Nanny, Nursery Nurse and Nanny Consultant. As a mother she is fully aware of all the ups and downs of family life, and how difficult it can be to find childcare which is affordable and excellent. She has first hand experience of both angles, and is able to support you through the whole process. She will even visit you in your home to discuss your requirements one to one! Frankie's aim is to provide quality, trustworthy childcare, a personal service and offer support when required. There is a refund policy for when things don't go to plan and customer comments are always welcomed. Frankie takes great care in ensuring all applicants are vetted and personally interviews all applicants before they are registered. Frankie doesn't register all applicants, especially when she has any doubt about an applicants abilities & professional conduct. There are strict registration requirements. For a 'sole charge' Nanny or Maternity Nurse /Nanny the requirements are: - Childcare qualification at diploma / level 3
- Up-to date Enhanced CRB Check
- 2 Professional Referees
- 1 Personal Referee (not related & known for 10years+)
- 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Nanny Insurance
- Minimum 2 years experience with children (can be voluntary & in training experience)
- Registration with Ofsted 'voluntary child-carers register'
