Pauline Smith set up Godalming Nannies to deliver a local service to local families and nannies. With over 18 years’ experience in recruitment and human resources, many of which have been at a senior level, Pauline is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and being a working mum has personally organised and managed childcare for her own family for over 10 years.

Godalming Nannies will deliver a first class, completely confidential, professional and friendly service to families and nannies throughout the recruitment process and further guidance to both the family and nanny once a placement has been secured.
As a client our aim is to provide you with the very best personal service whether you are looking for a nanny, mother’s/parent’s help or a maternity nanny. We understand that your children are your priority and we will not compromise on this.
We have a very stringent registration process and ask all of our candidates to have an Enhanced CRB Check (or to be in the process of applying for one), an up to date Paediatric First Aid Certificate and to be qualified or have a minimum of 2 years solid experience in childcare with impeccable references.
We will only introduce families and nannies we feel are compatible with each other’s needs, eliminating unnecessary time wasting for both parties.
