Eyears is an independent recruitment agency that specialises in the Early Years, Childcare & Education sectors. The owner, Martin Bove, still works a normal working day, 5 days a week & is often involved in the recruitment, retention & placement of support staff. He’s also not averse to visiting Clients to ensure they are receiving the service they deserve.
Martin is well known within the Recruitment Sector after spending over 14 years, meeting, recruiting & supplying to Corporate & Government organisations through out the UK. Starting initially as a Consultant, Martin progressed through the ranks until ultimately becoming Director of Operations for an international Recruitment Company with offices as far away as Australia & Canada.
In 2004 Eyears was initially set up to provide purely to the Early Years sector – nursery nurses & play workers to Private & Community Day Nurseries. But very quickly this service was expanded into Education where Teachers, Classroom Assistants, HLTA’s, Integration workers also become part of the service. It was clear Schools, as well as Nurseries, required a better deal than what they were getting from their current suppliers. And that is what’s key to Eyears and the service we offer. We always strive to offer you a better deal than the one you currently have.
