The team will arrange personal home visits to all clients, full 24hr support before, during and after placement and provide a high calibre of childcare professionals who have been specifically selected through a rigorous interviewing process, hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check and have a minimum of two years childcare experience or hold a recognised childcare qualification. First Aid and Paediatric training can be arranged through South East Coast Ambulance Service and 'Enchanted' are pleased to offer incentives for nannies regarding the payment of this training and their enhanced CRB check. Families registered with 'Enchanted' will receive a complementary £25 Marks & Spencer voucher, after we have placed a permanent nanny with another family who they have recommended. |
