All our candidates are personally interviewed by one of our consultants and are selected according to their qualifications and experience. We perform through reference checking and all our candidates are asked to complete a criminal records enhanced disclosure check (CRB). We also ask that they have paediatric first aid training.
We believe that set operating hours may be restrictive and frustrating for parents, therefore we aim to make ourselves available at all times.
