Applejack Nannies is a family run nanny agency established over 16 years ago. We place nannies in south west London, Richmond, Kew, Middlesex and the surrounding area, both full time and part time, temporary and permanent.
Each nanny we place is personally interviewed at our office, reference checked and required to have a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced disclosure. Families looking for nannies are asked for a full job description and can discuss there requirements in more depth either over the phone or face to face. The enables the best possible match to made between employer and employee.
Applejack Nannies liaises with nannies and potential employers throughout the selection process, guiding them through the interview process, advising them on where to turn for tax and NI advice and helping with contracts of employment. Even when a placement is made, we often keep in touch with nanny and employer just to check things are going well and to offer advice and assistance when and where appropriate.
Applejack Nannies aims to place nannies in jobs where they feel comfortable, confident and able to do their job to their best ability. In order for this to occur, we provide a friendly and approachable service. Each nanny is personally interviewed at our office, where they can tell us what they are looking for and we can discuss the jobs available. References are checked and a CRB required. There is never any pressure placed on a nanny to take up a post or attend an interview and feed back is always welcome. Even when a job has been accepted, Applejack Nannies is still there to help with contracts of employment and where to turn for tax and NI advice. Nannies are encouraged to keep in touch once they have started employment to check all is going well. If any problems do occur between employer and employee, Applejack Nannies is happy to liaise as a neutral body when or where appropriate.
