We are a company that provides and manages services that benefit those seeking support in their own home. 

Our service is centred around family care at home.
We specialise in selecting the most appropriate care package, care support worker, nurse, child care worker or therapist and then work with individuals, family members and advocates to facilitate the correct level of care or support. 

We carefully match our staff with the skills that are required to enhance the lives of those we work with. When we provide a service directly, we also employ, supervise and manage the staff who carry out these services.

Our web site acts as a starting point in your research and is a representation of how we can help. Each page will give you an overview of how we may be able to assist you in your search for the right kind of support.

If for any reason the level of support that you require is not within our capabilities, we will work with other organisations, charities and relevant groups or individuals to make sure your needs can be addressed. 
 
We regularly speak to community groups, support groups, lunch groups, professionals and corporate clients, to ask their views of care and support.

Their feedback is invaluable and helps us to determine how care support should be offered and how a service such as ours should function.

We will continue to challenge ourselves, developing as a service and giving people choice and control in how they are cared for. 
                

We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission

Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
As a service we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week
 
Out of hours numbers
All staff and service users are supplied with an out of hours number which operates 7 days a week.
