Absolute Childcare is run by Amanda, NNEB, who runs a close team with over 19 years experience. Having worked in all areas of childcare and having children of her own, enables her to understand the needs and requirements from both sides. They aim to give a one to one service based on each individual situation. All candidates are personally interviewed, CRB and reference checked. They also offer a personal and professional service by meeting all families at home, helping them to match the right candidate.
