Live-in sole charge nanny - North London – August/September Start

Lovely, busy, British family are looking for a developmentally focussed nanny who is proactive and motivated in arranging activities for their two energetic and bright little boys. The older child is in nursery 5 mornings a week, so the mornings are an ideal opportunity to have a wonderful time with the younger child and take part in fun activities both in the home and out and about. At around midday, nanny and the younger child will collect the B3Y from nursery. Confident driver essential.

Both parents are very keen for their nanny to be comfortable to liaise with other nannies in the local area, to arrange play dates both at the family residence and socialise with other children at different play groups and activities as well. The parents are happy to support the nanny in these endeavors and for nanny to be adventurous with the variety of stimulating activities she can take the boys to experience as they develop and grow.

The ideal nanny for this family will be warm, kind, caring and a good communicator who is able to update the parents on how their two little boys are developing and growing as well as being organised around informing mum and dad of the fun activities they have all taken part in during the day. The family do appreciate their time together, so a nanny who is also discrete during their free time or likes to go home or visit friends, explore London during the weekend would be ideal.

This family had a lovely nanny, known well to our agency, after leaving to start her own family, this nanny remains in touch with them and is happy to give a reference for the family as well as speak to/hand over with the successful candidate.

Duties will include the usual child care and nursery duties as well as being generally happy to muck in a tidy up around the residence, as part of the family.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 12 hours per day

Accom: usually private top floor double room with own private bathroom and separate lounge on ground floor (guest bedroom on same floor so sometimes this top floor area would be shared – 2-3 times a year)

Driving is absolutely essential for the role. Car provided for work use – personal use can be agreed.

£ = Market rate per week (£400-500 net per week)

Ref - 14003
